Yonaka

Formed in Brighton, the band consists of Theresa Jarvis (vocals), George Edwards (guitar) and Alex Crosby (bass). They broke through with their debut album “Don’t Wait ’Til Tomorrow” (2019), a bold and cathartic record that introduced their heavy, emotionally charged sound to a rapidly growing fanbase. The album established Yonaka as a band unafraid to tackle anxiety, vulnerability and empowerment head-on, pairing confessional lyricism with punchy, arena-ready production.

They followed with the acclaimed mixtape “Seize The Power” (2021), which amassed over 200 million streams and even reached No.1 on the global Shazam chart, further cementing their international momentum. Subsequent releases, including their EP “Welcome To My House” (2023), continued to expand their sonic palette while retaining the intensity and bite that define their music.
