Pomelo Chess Society

Pomelo Chess Society is an instrumental rock trio from Rijeka that represents a new musical direction - Chess Math Rock. After many years of playing in various bands, three chess lovers, exotic fruits lovers and rock 'n' roll lovers, Leo Marohnić on guitar, Vedran Medanić on bass and Ivan Polonijo on drums, joined forces and embarked on new unexplored paths. At the end of last year, they released an album of the same name recorded in the "GIS" studio with Matej Zec, which was accompanied by a video for the singles "Jure" and "Tvrtko". After numerous concerts, they started working on new songs from the as yet unnamed album, which will be premiered at the INmusic festival.
