In association with Sweden's largest study association for adults Studiefrämjandet and the Embassy of Sweden in Zagreb, INmusic festival #12 welcomes twelve Swedish music bands and DJ: Amplified, Chepos Cave, Gorilla Cult, Octopus Ride, Velvet Insane, Vulkan, DJ Altman und Altman, DJ Christian Saavadera, DJ Karl Sid, DJ Niklas Svedjelind, DJ Hardman, DJ NKOSI

Amplified is a Swedish rock trio performing pure hard-rock without any pretentious undertones. Amplified toured Sweden and Finland during 2016 and finished the year with a weeklong tour in Croatia, and this summer they are coming back to Croatia to rock INmusic festival in Zagreb! Cheops’ Cave are a guitar based indie-rock five from Sweden. They have played at several festivals by now and their driven and intene performance brought them all the way to INmusic #12. Gorilla Cult is a five piece experimental indie band from Stockholm who recently released a single called Mothership. On their music path Gorilla Cult are discarding niche genres in favour of combining elements of post-punk, new wave and shoegaze, alongside warped electronics and absurdist lyricism. New songs are due for release this summer – with an exclusive first live performance of their new material scheduled for INmusic festival!
Octopus Ride say that they developed their initial and unique “psychedelic/post-punk” sound to a quietly hypnotic “mantra/rock”. Their new album scheduled for release soon will present new songs at INmusic's Balkan Goes North stage. Velvet Insane is a successful and hardworking Swedish band with 3 released EPs and a new album set for release. In just a short time, Velvet Insane have to toured Australia, the UK, Japan and Spain. With more tours planned internationally, the band is set to continue breaking new ground and building a loyal fan base.
Vulkan is a Swedish progressive rock band with an unique sound filled with chaos of emotions. Their album Observations was released in 2016 and can be described as a conceptual journey with a heavy sound and a modern touch.
DJ Altman Und Alltman is a Gothenburg based electronic music producer and DJ. Adam Axelsson, the man behind the project, came up with his alter ego during his studies at music college in London. His compositions are often in a classic house style with vocal inputs and groovy bass-lines. Some of his biggest influences are Candi Staton, The Blaze, Chic, A tribe Called Quest, Alice Cooper and Faithless. DJ Christian Saavedra is a Chilean born DJ and producer who was one of the key people behind the success of the jazzy electronic sound of Monte-Carlo, that swept Italy and France this past decade. He has a radio show called Cool Dance thanks to which he performed at a multitude of clubs and festivals internationally. DJ Karl Sid is a DJ prodigy and multi-media artist who creates art that combines spiritual, social and political questions with a deep interest in communicating experiences. Five-time Swedish and Scandinavian DMC champion Karl Sid brings creativity, positivity and purpose to his vision that anything is possible. On stage he is a force to be reckoned with as his technique, passion and energy is on a world-class level. DJ Niklas Svedjelind combines his passion for music and travel by frequently visiting music festivals around the world. He gives 100% on each meticulously prepared performance so the best advice would be not to miss his always positive and energetic presence! DJ Hardman is a DJ/producer hailing from Australia, based in Stockholm who plays a driving mix of deep house, tech house & techno. Hardman is distinguished by her disarming stage presence, unmistakable charisma and relentless style of house music.
DJ NKO$I aka Thato Nkosi is a 22 year old DJ and producer, born in South Africa and raised in Sweden. Since childhood he has been showing mad dedication and passion for electronic music. His style is very colourful, unique and energetic.

In order to provide common support to the development of music culture and education, this year INmusic continues its partnership with the Swedish association Studiefrämjandet. Studiefrämjandet has a strong commitment to socially and culturally disadvantaged groups in society and to groups with special needs such as immigrants, disabled people and the unemployed. In many places they run special projects with these groups, sometimes at the request of local government or government agencies. The overall goal is to give people the opportunity to increase their participation in society and to provide tools for self-development and life-long learning in order to maintain a high educational standard and to strengthen and protect democratic society. There is a strong focus on activities for young adults, especially popular music, role-playing, dance and theatre and music accounts for almost half of everything they do so cooperation with Croatian INmusic festival is a mutual pleasure.
