Kurt Vile & The Violators join the INmusic festival #14 line-up!

Kurt Vile, one of contemporary indie rock most critically acclaimed figures, accompanied by The Violators will grace the main stage of INmusic festival #14 and promote their latest studio release, Bottle It In.

Kurt Samuel Vile is an American singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and music producer best known for his extensive body of work and as the co-founder of The War On Drugs. Vile focused his energy on music in his teenage years, making his first home recordings in the early 2000's under the strong influence of Pavement, Neil Young, Tom Petty, Beck, etc. In 2003 after moving back to Philadelphia, Vile teams up with Adam Granduciel, also a Bob Dylan fan, setting into motion a yearlong musical collaboration and friendship – the two form The War On Drugs in 2005, and release the band's debut album in 2008, almost simultaneously as the release of Vile's first solo record Constant Hitmaker after which Vile departs The War On Drugs and continues to focus on his solo work. God Is Saying This To You… followed in 2009 and just six months later his third studio album Childish Prodigy is released. Smoke Ring For My Halo was released in 2011, Wakin On A Pretty Daze in 2013 and b'lieve i'm goin down... in 2015, making Kurt Vile on of the most productive and critically acclaimed artists around, with his albums shortlisted among some of the best releases year after year. 2017 finds Kurt Vile teaming up with Courtney Barnett to release Lotta Sea Lice, arguably one of the best albums of 2017, followed by a brief American tour by the talented duo. Following years of great reviews and audience reception, October 2018 marks the release of Kurt Vile's seventh solo album, Bottle It In, already shortlisted as one of the best albums of 2018 by Rolling Stone and NME. Kurt Vile & The Violators will hit the road in 2019 and following their already announced festival dates at All Points East, Primavera Sound and Rock Werchter, the band will make their festival debut in Croatia at INmusic festival #14!
