Jubilee INmusic Festival: Celebrating the Generations to Come
In its jubilee edition, INmusic festival is not only celebrating nearly two decades of top-tier concerts, but also its generational role in the community through a rich daily program dedicated to a new generation of creatives, activists, and music enthusiasts.
The new Chill IN zone opens up a space for relaxation and inspiration across all generations, and during the day, it will function as a training ground for socially engaged high school students gathered through #INvolvirani, a collaborative project between INmusic festival and the Croatian Youth Network.
Guided by the idea that "what goes around comes around," high schoolers from all over Croatia were invited to form teams and use TikTok videos to document their active and socially responsible initiatives. From cleaning up nature and recycling waste to community volunteering, these students have proven over the past months that the future of our community is in safe hands. As special guests of this year's jubilee INmusic, the winning high school teams, in addition to receiving festival and camping tickets for INmusic festival #18, will have the opportunity to share their experiences in the Chill IN zone and acquire tools to develop their potential through specialized workshops—ranging from self-advocacy, assertive communication, and dealing with failure, to body percussion, drama-based liberation, and improvisation. The workshops, open to high schoolers as well as all other curious festival souls, are organized by the Croatian Youth Network, the Komadić mira association, Teatar Tirena, and the Drum'n'Bijes collective.
Within the colorful embrace of the Minikultura zone, art workshops for the youngest attendees and those a bit older are making a comeback. Centar pažnje, a creative oasis from Novi Zagreb dedicated to gatherings for children, youth, and women, is preparing art workshops that will run through all three days of the INmusic festival, creating a space for imagination, aesthetic development, and the creation of original artwork in a safe and encouraging environment.
At the base of the festival’s iconic landmark, the Tesla Tower, following last year’s fantastic response, a pop-up installation for creating the most original festival selfie is returning to the festival! The Human Photo Booth, created by caricaturist and animator Karla Skok, will be crafting personalized live caricatures of festival-goers.
Once again, INmusic festival confirms its status as a unique space for all generations, blending the experience of live concerts by prominent global musicians with the fostering of empathy, creativity, and community from an early age. With the goal of encouraging cultural education among the youngest, just as it has been for every edition of INmusic so far, admission to the festival is completely free for children up to 13 years old accompanied by a parent (with a valid ticket).
INmusic festival #18 will take place from June 22 to June 24, 2026, on Zagreb's Jarun. Three-day tickets are available via the official INmusic webshop at a price of 159 EUR (+ transaction fees), while a limited number of single-day tickets for the first day of the festival are still available exclusively through the official festival webshop. Seven-day camping tickets are also on offer at a price of 59 EUR (+ transaction fees), valid exclusively in combination with a three-day festival ticket.
