The fourth edition of the INmusic Festival was headlined by Franz Ferdinand, Moby, Kraftwerk, N.E.R.D, Lily Allen, and Editors

The fourth edition of the INmusic Festival took place in 2009, from June 24 to 25 at Jarun in Zagreb, across as many as five stages: the T-Mobile Stage, Nokia Stage, Radio 101 Stage, Night Stage, and Tuborg Green Stage. This further expanded the festival program and reinforced its status as one of the leading music events in the region.
