I. Accreditation Terms

1. Press accreditation applications will be made available to all media companies.
2. Press accreditation applications can be submitted no later than 31 May
3. Press accreditation application will be available as an online form on the official festival website until 31 May 2012
4. Press accreditation applications sent after 31 May will not be processed.
5. Notifications of the application status and instructions how to pick up approved applications will be sent via e-mail no later than 15 June 2012.
6. There is a limited number of press accreditations according to media types:
   1. TV stations cannot submit more than 3* press accreditation applications.
   2. Radio stations cannot submit more than 2* press accreditation applications.
   3. Print media cannot send more than 2* press accreditation applications.
   4. Internet media cannot send more than 2* press accreditation applications.
   5. * More press accreditation applications can be submitted only upon presenting additional media plan
7. Submission of an accreditation application doesn't guarantee its approval.
8. Press accreditations are valid for both days of the festival.
9. Press accreditations are not transferable.
10. Each accreditation application is valid for one person only.
11. Press clipping must be attached to the accreditation application.
12. Published press clipping announcements can be sent even before the start of the accreditation period at: press (at) inmusicfestival.com
13. Press accreditations must meet the above mentioned requirements or they will not be considered.
