To reach the upper canyon of Mrežnica between Primislje and Trzic, the most beautiful part of the river right in the wilderness, you need a little more effort.
The adventure takes us through a gorge so narrow and deep that the sun enters for only a few hours each day, around noon, creating spectacular light effects. We will bypass cliffs of carved white rocks, lush vegetation and cascading waterfalls, strong freshwater springs and pools of water which are great for swimming in summer. The second highest waterfall on the Mreznica (8m) is a magical place ideal for swimming and a picnic.
No previous kayaking experience is needed and even children from 6 years old accompanied by parents can participate. You will get a life jacket and a paddle, plus long neoprene suit & rain jacket in case of cold weather. Waterproof containers are
available for personal items (camera, drinks, etc.). Shorts or bathing suit, T-shirt and sandals (or sport shoes) is all you need to wear on the river. Don't forget your towel, sun cream, water and picnic.
Please note that rafting boats are used in case of high water levels. In the unlikely case of extreme weather conditions Raftrek Adventure Travel will re-schedule the activity for a day or two prior or after the date booked, if possible. If the change is not possible, the payments will be refunded in full.

Early in the morning we start our ride through lovely countryside roads towards Plitvice Lakes, the first Croatian National Park.
We start our day hiking along the wooden paths and bridges, in and around Plitvice Lakes, Croatia's premier national park. Its exquisite series of 16 emerald green and opal blue travertine lakes, more than 90 waterfalls and numerous caves make it a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The lakes are surrounded by beech and pine forests and are home to extensive wildlife. We’ll enjoy a picnic lunch in the pure and untouched nature. A panoramic boat and train ride will take us back to the start.
No previous experience is needed and even children from 6 years old accompanied by parents can participate. Don’t forget to bring your sun cream, picnic and water.
In case of colder weather take a long-sleeved shirt. This activity program is a well balanced mixture of activity, nature and culture.

This biking route will lead you to the World Heritage Site and National Park Plitvice Lakes. Here you can enjoy the landscape of forests, hills, meadows, rivers, 16 lakes and hundreds of waterfalls. There is no car traffic on these paved roads, and the surrounding is pure natural, peaceful and romantic.
The road will take you to Proscansko Lake which is the highest and second largest of the 16 lakes in the park. It is from here that the waterfalls and other lakes cascade down, culminating in the park’s largest lake, Jezero Kozjak. After a picnic lunch you continue cycling along the Black River to its source and explore the area on foot.

Una River Rafting

Una River is a natural border between Croatia and Bosnia. This river will steal your heart with its virgin beauty and green, clear water. Eighteen meters high Strbacki Buk Waterfall is one of the biggest in this part of Europe and our trip starts right below it. We will travel in the upper Una canyon - the most exciting and the most attractive part of the river.

The itineraries are subject to change depending on group abilities and preferences, weather conditions, water levels, minimum number of people for selected trip, other acts of God, special events of interest and similar.
In a case of major changes or cancellations, organizers will advise the Client as soon as possible and provide the following options:
- Client may accept a new departure date or destination offered by organizers
- Client may accept a replacement package/excursion of equivalent or closely similar itinerary
- Client may cancel his/her booking altogether and receive a full refund of the money paid.
If Client cancel the trip day before departure or not come, organizers has the right to retain the paid amount.
The guide/trip leader reserves the right and obligation not to allow cycling if participant is found intoxicated or under drug influence. In that case, no refunds are applicable.
