Ruiz
Band Ruiz was founded in the mid of the year 2005 with intention of making hard, but groovie music. Falling in love with new trends in pop music, band members decided to combine the very best of stoner rock and disco punk genre. The result of this exotic combination is very energetic fuzzy and melodic rock with loud pumping beat and unique authoring approach. In the beginning the band functioned as a duo, but very soon, after just a dozen of concerts, the bass player became a part of crew and band could finnaly start to grow. In the end of 2006 band recorded and self released EP Taste! which gave them a chance to play more and heavier. In year 2008 Ruiz entered 2 biggest regional festivals for young bands - YounGunz in Slovenia and Art and Music in Croatia. They won YounGunz and due to victory band has recieved many invitations to club and festival gigs. Currently the band is finishing it's first album which is going to be released in the fall of 2008.
